Centers at IBS
The Career Development Center provides information, services, and resources to help students find suitable internships or jobs during and after their education.
The CDC organizes career fairs where students can meet employers and learn more about internship opportunities, job positions, and career development in companies.
It conducts surveys and analyses on the business’s need for personnel with education and qualifications matching the educational degrees offered by the school in respective fields.
In collaboration with employers and employer organizations, it explores opportunities and assists in conducting specialized courses to train students in specific fields to acquire specific competencies.
The Center for Continuing Education develops activities related to the mission and policy of IBS in motivating and explaining the importance of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and providing opportunities for Lifelong Learning (LLL).
As a structural unit of the Center for Continuing Education, the Center for Vocational Training offers opportunities for acquiring professional qualifications in accordance with the requirements of the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training.

The DLC expands and develops the institutional environment for distance learning by developing standards and procedures for designing and creating e-learning resources. It organizes the process of registering and storing electronic educational activities and resources in accordance with copyright rules, standards, and the requirements of the Copyright and Related Rights Act.
The Center ensures compliance with the regulatory framework and internal rules of the used electronic educational and administrative activities by providing technological and pedagogical functionality of the systems and platforms. It provides training and consultations to the academic staff for conducting electronic and distance learning.
The DLC conducts periodic monitoring and evaluation of the quality of the conducted training, including using electronic tools for intelligent analysis of the learning process. Together with the Center for Educational Technologies, it conducts research in the field of distance and e-learning, systematizes, and popularizes best practices in the field of electronic distance learning.

The center ensures the quality of the educational process by developing and implementing modern methods of teaching, learning, and assessment, conducting systematic and periodic observations and evaluations, including training activities for teachers and student learning activities, and proposing measures for its improvement.

The Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship aims to promote experimental and applied research on current challenges in economic and public life. It provides a platform for multidisciplinary interaction among university professors, researchers, students, and doctoral candidates with representatives of businesses and other stakeholders to create innovative solutions to significant problems with potential for practical implementation. This is achieved by linking scientific research with education and practice, as well as involving successful entrepreneurs in the development of experimental models. The center conducts research and builds partnerships with potential investors willing to support innovative ideas and solutions. Among the main goals of the CIE is to enhance the innovative and entrepreneurial capacity of IBS through the development and implementation of projects and initiatives, as well as active participation in international programs and networks.

The Center for Women’s Leadership aims to stimulate women’s participation in leadership positions in organizations in the fields of business, education, and science by enriching and deepening their professional preparation and personal qualities. The center organizes training sessions and thematic events, develops and implements mentoring programs and projects, conducts scientific research in the field of women’s leadership and gender equality, creates conditions for building international networks, and implements joint initiatives with interested individuals and organizations. The CWL develops, offers, and coordinates the implementation of a Gender Equality Plan at IBS in accordance with the policies of the European Union in the field of higher education and science.
